Matt Tuell

I have been providing high level property management services to property owners, and ownership groups, over the last 15 years in the greater Seattle region, and many other areas in Washington State. Prior to joining Lori Gill and Associates, I worked for a few different multi-family apartment management companies in corporate leadership roles. These roles shaped my expertise in implementing plans to achieve all short term and long-term ownership property goals, and to preserve and maximize values of all property assets that were under my management. I take great pride in being able to navigate the complex and always changing Washington State, Seattle, and all other local municipalities Landlord Tenant Laws.

Along with providing great customer service, my ability to understand the ever-changing real estate market in our area has been key to my success. I know that owning an investment property can be stressful and time consuming unless you have the right team in place to you help you. I was born and raised in the Seattle area and graduated from the University of Washington. I live with my family in the Matthews Beach area of North Seattle, and I enjoy being a part of our community. I love golfing with close friends, coaching youth basketball, and always striving to learn more about the Real Estate Industry locally, nationally, and worldwide, as this truly fascinates me daily.
