Laurie Rohrich

I’m proud to call myself a true Washingtonian having been born and raised in Washington state. I have been in the business of real estate for over 30 years with my first property management experience starting over 30 years ago. I’m a business owner with multiple nightly rentals and a real estate appraisal firm. I thrive on building positive business relationships with my owners and tenants working to balance professionalism, empathy and the law in overseeing the management and leasing of properties. A little about myself; I’m a former elementary teacher personal tutor and Title 1 LAP director, married my high school sweetheart and a mother of three adult children. I enjoy the flexibility of being a property manager and all the amazing and unique people I meet along the way.
