I am a Southern California native, but have been so happy living in the Pacific Northwest since 1983. Before my real estate career, that began in 1996, I worked as a Paralegal for 20 years, at business and real estate law firms. I have over 15 years of experience in Residential Property Manager and leasing experience in King. My experience allows my in-depth knowledge in leasing and management of rental properties. My management portfolio ranges from condos, town homes and up to million-dollar properties and focuses on primarily Eastside rentals.
I enjoy relationships with both owners and tenants and strive to have open communication with quick response times and am supported by a talented and well-qualified Accounting and Administrative staff. On a personal note, my life outside of property management includes my enjoyment of the beautiful outdoors, visiting out of the way spots and spending time with my two sons and their families.
