This service includes the following:

  • Complimentary rental assessment
  • Advertising and showing of home
  • Thorough tenant screening and background check
  • Negotiation and drafting of lease documents
  • Thorough move-in inspection with photos
  • Complete accounting and full documentation of transaction

If this is an option that makes the most sense to you, our highly experienced team will assist you with each of the items outlined above. We will make sure that you are well-versed in all of the details that will not only be important prior to leasing your property, but throughout the duration of every lease. Once the tenant has signed the lease agreement, our responsibilities end and you will manage your investment on your own.
