- Please note that 2024 tax forms are intended to report gross income only. The value on your tax form is not a reflection of net income, or income less expenses.
- The 2024 tax documents from AppFolio are published in the owner portal and can be accessed from the Documents menu selection on the right-side of the portal screen:
- From here, the document is located under shared files:
- If 2 documents are present, please select the REVISED document dated February 11, 2025.
* Please note – due to IRS requirements, 1042 recipients must contact their property manager and provide explicit written consent to receive this document electronically. Documents were mailed to the last-known address on file for 1042 recipients in February.
How to Retrieve 2024 Cash Flow Statement from the Owner Portal
- The annual financial activity report that details income and expenses for 2024 is also located in the Owner Portal. The 2024 Cash Flow Statement can be viewed by navigating to the Statements menu selection on the right-side of the portal screen:
