As the Director of Finance, I lead our full-time staff of property bookkeeping and accounting professionals. From rent collection to vendor payments, monthly owner statements, and documentation for year-end tax preparation we are well equipped to handle every facet of our owner clients’ real estate rental investments. I joined WPM/LGA in 2007 after a long stretch as Controller at a nationally recognized real estate sales brokerage. “Worry-free” property management is our goal, and our full service accounting department plays a key role in making that a reality. As the General Manager, I wear a number of hats regarding operations both internally and externally. I am heavily involved in keeping our multiple office locations working in concert with one another, and I bring a unique perspective to our firm with my background in real estate sales and brokerage management. One of my key roles is to oversee contract compliance (leases, management agreements, vendor relationships, etc.), and I am also a point of contact for our broker recruiting efforts. I also enjoy meeting with prospective clients, fostering new relationships with referral partners, and being involved with our marketing efforts, productivity, client satisfaction, and quality control. WPM/LGA is the industry leader throughout the King/Snohomish county market, and I am proud to be a member of this team.
