Excellent. Patrick is a good communicator, quick to respond, and also helps us think through the pros/cons of repairs/remodels and other choices we need to make as property owners. He is thorough in evaluating tenants and makes sure they have all the information they need so there are no surprises for them such as learning last minute there is something else they are responsible for or where they were expecting something that wasn’t included in the lease.
